What is required income to qualify for a home?
We require 3 times the rent in verifiable dependable income.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry we don't allow pets.
Small caged animals my be accepted with permission.
We do accommodate Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals with proper documentation according to all applicable laws.
Do you allow short-term leases?
No. We only sign leases for 12 to 24 months.
We may make exception for short term with increased rents for special circumstances.
Do you allow swimming pools in yards?
No, We don't allow swimming pools in our yards.
Do you allow smoking inside of your homes?
No we do NOT allow smoking in our homes going forward. This does NOT guarantee the home has never been smoked in previously.
Do you allow in-home daycares?
No we don't allow In-Home daycares.

Why would my rental application be denied?
-If your household income is less than 3 times the monthly rent you may be denied. -If you have had evictions in your past you may be denied. -If you falsify information or lie on your application you will be denied. -If you have history of FED filings you may be denied
Will you accept a cosigner for my application?
Yes we do accept or require cosigners for certain applicants if need help to get approved.
